Micaela Salamanco

In late 1970s Buenos Aires, three teenagers form a secret film club using censored movie clips. Amidst the dictatorship, the club is threatened when one of them witnesses an event that confronts him with the real danger surrounding them.

During a sweltering summer, Catalina visits her grandmother's rural village to spend the summer vacation and celebrate her upcoming birthday. There, she reconnects with María, a childhood friend, who introduces and invites her to spend time with José and Nano. As she navigates her transition into adolescence and the rebellions that come with it, Catalina struggles to find her place in a world that feels both heavy with stillness and unsettlingly fast-paced.
