Richard runs a sausage stand at the local sports ground. When a young woman appears, searching for her runaway horse, he is pulled out of his familiar routine. Together, they set off to find it – and an unusual night begins. Elsewhere, as dusk falls, Anna faces a different kind of departure. After one final shift as a pizza delivery driver, she plans to leave her home village for good. But old relationships, village stories and a ghostly encounter make her wonder whether leaving is really that simple.

The film shows how strong women took up the fight against social injustice and for their own rights and how the uprising of 1525 changed people's lives.
