Drama set in a small provincial town in post-war Croatia about 20 locals who try to understand why one of their neighbors killed himself.

Crne Vode, Western Bosnia, 1993. Whilst being cornered on all sides by Serbian and Bosniak forces, a small squad of Croatian soldiers stars experiancing strange phenomena in the form of spectral apparitions from the past, not realizing that, fifty years prior, a squadron of the Croatian pro-nazi milita had an equally mysterious experiance on the same spot.

In the autumn of 1991, a small group of Croatian soldiers go on patrol in an improvised armored vehicle. Soon after that they would get ambushed and their vehicle would get destroyed, in that situation they were forced to hide in a nearby house. Whilst stationed in that house they would get attacked by rebel Serbs, Serbian Special Forces and the JNA (Yugoslav People's Army, also reffered to as Yugoslavian National Army). Their resistance to the attackers would last 24 hours whilst their fellow combatants would attempt to try and get them out of there. The movie and story is based on true events which happened during the Croatian War of Independence.

The story of four petty criminals in Zagreb, a city recently coming off of the horrors of the Croatian War of Independance, reflects the petty hatreds, violence, prejudices and mood hanging over the country like a disease that spreads with no cure in sight.

25 years from the Homeland war, Croatia is far from ideal of the veterans, now disgruntled men silenced with pensions. A few war veterans are brought back together by an idea of Museum of Homeland Thanksgiving in Paromlin building in Zagreb city center.

Ilija is a member of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) somewhere in Central Bosnia in late 1993. One morning, after a routine mine laying campaign, he learns his younger brother Goran was killed far beyond enemy lines, together with eight other soldiers. Through a friend from the secret service, he finds out the mission was an unofficial one and that Goran and the others were acting as mercenaries. Ilija begins to expose a network of illegal activity involving not only the military, but high-ranking officials. As the investigation becomes more dangerous, his original intention to find out the truth slowly turns into a pathological mission of vengeance.

Kristina, the newly arrived mailwoman on a small Croatian island, befriends the strange local elderly woman named Rozalija, however, their friendship is put to the test when the former learns that the latter is a štriga, a shapeshifting supernatural creature.

Follows the life of general Janko Bobetko.

A two-part anthology consisting of two early feature films of pioneering directors Goran Kulenović and Kristijan Milić. The first of the two stories (The Safehouse) follows three police officers send on duty to guard a very persuasive client who reveals details about their lives that only they themselves could know. The second story (Bottoms Up) follows a young man named Tom, who decides to spend a lazy summer afternoon by visiting his favorite neighborhood bar, but, the more time passes by, the worse his day there becomes.
