A fish dreams of a relationship.

After a breakup, Matei returns Ioana's remaining belongings and discovers her new activity—swimming lessons—which she teaches at her home, undeterred by the lack of pools or other bodies of water in the city. In the middle of the lesson, Ioana tells Matei about her new life and the people in it: the three elderly students she teaches, Ina, Silvia, and Ion.

Andi and Mara, two young leftists, steal a flag with the symbol of the Iron Guard from a group of far-right sympathizers. This sets off a chase and a discussion about the political identities of everyone involved.
