Laura Roberts vacations at 'Blackwater Farm' only to find herself trapped in a maze like abandoned mill with no hope for escape, save for her to become as brutal a killer as those who capture her.

A film crew putting together a documentary on an abandoned insane asylum finally get permission to enter the building. Once they get there, they find themselves trapped, plagued by visions of the patients who were once treated there by a religious zealot with archaic methods of therapy.
