At an annual birthday thanksgiving gathering, Ningsih, the eldest daughter in a religious family, attempts to take control of the noisy atmosphere by loudly reciting “Al-Fatihah” to prompt the prayer ritual that had been overlooked. Her action creates an awkward atmosphere and frightens her nephew. As a result, the food she usually prepares is avoided by her family. Under the pretext of preserving tradition, Ningsih forces her nephew to eat her cooking, until an unexpected incident once again changes the atmosphere of the gathering.

Saka (31) was diagnosed with an undiagnosed illness after suffering a work accident while driving a truck carrying hazardous chemicals. Saka, who did not believe in non-materialistic beliefs, visited a cult that practiced mass healing rituals. During the ritual, a riot broke out among the impatient worshippers who wanted to be healed. The cult leader appeared to heal the followers' wounds to diffuse the chaos. The incident left Saka amazed and convinced of the miracle, strengthening his faith in the cult. When it was Saka's turn to be healed, his condition worsened, and the wounds on his body grew larger. His faith began to fade, and Saka wanted to expose the cult's fraud.

During a tough time, Rozaq (35) , a soon-to-be father, desperately stole fish from a food supplier at the harbor to save his wife, Sasa (36), and her pregnancy. Worried about their baby being stunting like him, he took a big chance. However, a mysterious gas threatened to transform him into a fish.
