By day, Mari and her friends broadcast their spiritual devotion through pastel pinks and catchy evangelical songs about purity and perfection, and by night they form a vigilante girl gang, prowling the streets in search of sinners who have deviated from the rightful path. After an attack goes wrong, leaving Mari scarred and unemployed, her views of community, religion, and her peers begin to shift.

It's carnival in Rio de Janeiro. Saulo is a gay werewolf who visits the enchanted lands of beauty and chaos in search of new prey. It's on the last night of the carnival festivities that he meets Gustavo, a new crush who could be his last prey. “Carne Fresca” is a carnival fable about werewolves and hunters in a marvelous city.

Brazil, 21st Century. An indigenous boy is born in an isolated village in the north of the Amazon. His mother and brothers believe that he is the reincarnation of Makunaíma, the creator of the world we live in, and that he would have returned to save the planet from the apocalypse. Seeking to understand about his origins and his mythical identity, the young Makunaima meets Ci, the mother of the forest, with whom he falls in love. When Ci disappears, Makunaíma decides to cross the country after the man who took with him the last memory of his great love: a magical seed with mysterious powers.

In the midst of the end of times, five young people from different social backgrounds find shelter in an apparently abandoned tenement. The catharsis makes them look at themselves and, naturally, at music.

Set during the “Years of Lead” of the Brazilian military dictatorship, “Mate Todos os Lobos” uses fiction to reimagine the little-known history of the Caparaó Guerrilla Movement, the first armed uprising against the regime in Brazil. More than just a historical account, this narrative is a deep dive into the depths of affection, resistance, and Black ancestry. It tells the story of the encounter between two Black men and their relationship, forged in silence, sweat, and desire, somewhere between reality and fantasy.
