The lives of residents in an old Cairo building, "The Yacoubian Building," are affected by issues like corruption, extremism, class disparity, and sexuality. Through diverse characters, the film offers a critical examination of Egyptian society.

The film revolves around three brothers of the same father, "Munir dangerous" . "Samir" (Ahmad Fahmy), is doubler of the artist Ahmed El Shakka in this films and "popular" (Chico) how loves music and is known for its relations with women, and "Baheer" (Hicham Maged), the son of an aristocratic family, the three brothers have was forced to travel together through time to the day met the father, three mothers, and through a series of events trying to comedy trio return to their time.

Football player Kamal Naguib nicknamed (Congo) became the most prominent football player in Egypt, but when he runs over a police officer by mistake, he's sentenced to 3 years , he decides to form professional football team of fellow inmates in prison.

Nader and Nour can't escape their bad luck. Nour, a news correspondent, always ends up stumbling into unlucky situations, and Nader runs into trouble wherever he goes. Suddenly, unexpected events change their lives when they meet.

A group of prisoners breaks out of prison using an underground tunnel that leads them into a school. When they discover where they are, they decide to remain in the school until further notice, but Ms. Tam Tam pushes back against them.

Three stories take place over the course of a single day in Cairo. Lila, a retired actress, is looking for Sameh, her last co-star. Salma, is dating Wael and is in Wael's friend's apartment, after their marriage breaks down. Hazem is a young drug dealer on the run from Alexandria to Cairo and picks up an old man with Alzheimer's disease. The six characters find themselves at decisive points of their lives, which although disparate, are brought together by destiny, and are brought out through pitch-perfect performances by Egyptian cinema's legends.

Before Spring is a film that tackles the three months prior to the Egyptian Revolution of 2011, with special emphasis on the reasons and motives that sparked it as well as the general state of affairs that prompted the youth to revolt.
