Agus, who works as a migrant worker at a Middle Eastern oil refinery, often leaves his wife Prapti and child Vina. However, Agus's departure this time was very different. Daeng Sarro, the owner of a mortuary supplies business, asks his children and grandchildren to come and stay at his house in a remote village after his wife dies, until the mourning period is over.
