When Miles, a biochemistry undergrad recovering from a great personal loss, learns that the most recent victim in a raft of missing persons is someone he knows, he unwillingly finds his way into the dungeon of the horrific and unstable Doctor Janus.

When a group of disaffected young adults in a small New Jersey town become entangled with two occultists, a witch and their living scarecrow, they must confront supernatural forces, buried trauma, and each other in a desperate fight for survival as the body count rises and loyalties shatter.
