Marcus, a 23-year-old international student has just graduated and is now looking for a job in Toronto while his girlfriend travels to London for a violin competition. All alone and homesick, he finds himself living in fleeting moments with little money and a slow apathy towards his film production degree. As he waits for his work permit, he must reflect on whether to stay in Toronto or to return to Hong Kong.

Upon moving into the house of a deceased relative, a woman begins to notice peculiar happenings around her.
