A Syrian actor born in Baalbek, he appeared in numerous television series, most notably the popular series *Bab Al-Hara*, in which he portrayed Abu Mahmoud throughout its first five seasons. He was the father of directors Bassam Al-Mulla, Moamen Al-Mulla, and Bashar Al-Mulla, as well as actor Moayad Al-Mulla. He was also the grandfather of Adham Bassam Al-Mulla, Shams Al-Mulla, and Sham Al-Mulla.
