Tsuyako, is the young proprietress of a famous inn that is popular in a hot spring resort town. Ever since her photo was featured in the tourist association's pamphlet, she has become more popular than even the geisha city of Miyako.

Iemon Fukasawa, a masterless samurai, marries Oiwa but is repulsed by a dark mark on her face. He descends into alcoholism and starts an affair with O-hana, a maid carrying another man’s child. Together, they conspire to poison Oiwa, killing her and disposing of her body in a moat. But Oiwa’s vengeful spirit rises from the depths, seeking revenge.

Ryuji Yamamoto, the president of a gay film production company, was troubled. Without a suitable model, he was at a dead end with his project. While searching for material, Yamamoto went to a paid cruising spot for gay men and discovered that a nearby park was now a hotspot. At midnight, Yamamoto went there to do an interview and saw a group of men flocking around a particular man. Yamamoto immediately started filming. However, he is found out.
