Follows Inspector Khai, as he becomes desperate after an old grudge returns to haunt him threatening public with mysterious bombings.

Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani return with a new mission and this time their team is accompanied by Inspector Dani, Inspector Julie and Inspector Dell who have different expertise. An explosion in Penang that has killed hundreds of victims including a police officer is now under investigation by Inspectors Sani and Khai. The situation becomes more complicated when the next target is Inspector Khai. The friendship between Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani is tested when they realize that the suspect they are hunting has a connection to Inspector Khai's past.
