A documentary film in ten parts. It covers the first three weeks of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a time when life was split into “before” and “after” and the problems of strangers became personal. The film is built on video diaries that recreate the experiences of Ukrainians in different wartime conditions — under shelling, in occupation, in bomb shelters, and in forced emigration. The project is based on documentary and artistic texts, poetry, interviews, and chronicles.

A green mist seeps from the earth, marking the start of an apocalypse as it spreads, killing instantly. The Poetess, unaware of the danger, struggles with creative burnout and decides to quit poetry. As the gas approaches their 502nd-floor apartment, it becomes a refuge for the Neighbor, the Cat, the best Friend, and the Burgomaster. They grapple with the catastrophe’s causes, their relationships, and art’s significance as the gas rises.

A comedic detective story with puppet theater elements. Mr. Chepelenko, a janitor, finds a suspicious suitcase, attracting criminal clans and gangsters. He becomes a target, leading to humorous assassination attempts and shootouts. Detectives Spoon, Smith, and Myers investigate, but suspect a “Rat” among them, adding absurdity and mystery.
