Framed as a river between two banks, the story follows a young woman balancing her home life and the elderly care center where she works, connected by her daily bus ride. As she forms a quiet bond with a fellow passenger, the lives of the aging residents reveal themes of loneliness, friendship, and the growing distance between generations.

The notorious Bimal Mandal, who ruled the Rishra-Hindmotor-Konnagar area for years, gets arrested by Dibakar Sen. However, he gets away due to lack of evidence. Soon, Dibakar and Hubba, seem to become alter egos of one another and morality gets blurred.
