An emotional thrill ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city's most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors who hold it together. They will tackle unique new cases inspired by topical events, forging fiery relationships in the pulse-pounding pandemonium of the emergency room.

Jay and Sam are a perfect match. They meet for some food and drinks at the local bar when news breaks of a possible apocalyptic-level event. Nuclear annihilation is nigh, but this wouldn't be the first time the world was coaxed into panic by false pretenses. Jay and Sam wonder whether it is another false alarm or approaching oblivion.

In a desolate wasteland, a band of survivors fight to stay alive as a malevolent presence - born from the fallout itself - stalks them. An all-consuming force that is as indifferent as the nuclear bombs that crippled this world.
