My Hair is a River of Tears is a hypnotic experimental animation that plunges viewers into the isolating depths of mental illness. Through poetic visuals and haunting narration, the film traces a solitary journey across surreal cityscapes and shifting inner landscapes. As the protagonist’s thoughts unravel - sparkling with hope, yet clouded by fear - the world becomes a kaleidoscope of anxiety and longing.
