A Portuguese immigrant known as Dr. Ciro, famous boss of the illegal lottery in Rio. Didi's dream turns into a nightmare of violence, drug trafficking, and corruption in the marvelous city.

Considered one of the most influential dancers of all time, Angel Vianna marked her name in history after founding the Klauss Vianna School with her husband. Taking the lead of the project, she created her own dance style, mixing body expression with classical ballet, and soon afterwards formed a transformation to dance in a course that has postgraduate lato sensu. Today, at the age of 90, she struggles to remain active and exercise her greatest passion.

Over the course of thirteen years, from 2007 to 2020, the film follows the changes in the social fabric of the city of Porto. Demolitions, evictions and resettlements that affect the Roma community of Bacelo, the inhabitants of Bairro do Aleixo and the sellers at Feira da Vandoma.
