Allyson Ramirez
Allyson Ramirez is an artist-filmmaker from the University of the Philippines Film Institute. Their practice is influenced by their background in art, design, film, and performing arts. Ally's storytelling explore themes of queer love and worldly curiosities grounded in the shifts of the Philippine contemporary landscape, with experimentations on the form. Their activities have been showcased in curations, film festivals, and art spaces such as the UPFI’s Black Beret and Cinemata’s Community Curations Programme.
