Murat Gassiev

WBA heavyweight champion Murat Gassiev (33-2, 26 KOs) makes the first defence of his title against Peter Kadiru (23-1, 13 KOs) at the VTB Arena in Moscow.

The WBA 'regular' heavyweight title is at stake in Dubai, as reigning champion Kubrat Pulev (32-2) seeks to defend his crown against the dangerous Murat Gassiev (32-2).

Murat Gassiev faces Otto Walling for the WBA Inter-Continental Heavyweight title in Antalya, Turkey.

Cuba's Rances Barthelemy (23-0, 13 KO) is looking to win a world title in a second weight class, as the former IBF super featherweight titleholder takes on Russia's Denis Shafikov (36-1-1, 19 KO) for the vacant IBF lightweight title, last held by Mickey Bey. Shafikov was set to face Bey in July, but the Mayweather Promotions fighter pulled out of that fight, which was won at purse bid by Top Rank, and now the vacancy will finally be filled.
