At a New Year's Eve party, four friends steal a crate of beer and decide to head to Mosqueiro to see the first sunrise of the year. While trying to stay sane throughout the journey, they go through crazy adventures that test their friendship.

After two reckless teenagers explore a mysterius cabin close to their school, one of them gets posessed by an unseen force. And now, a group of friends have to reverse the posession before it's too late.

Rosa and Maria are mother and daughter who have a troubled relationship. Despite not showing affection, Rosa makes courageous decisions to ensure that her daughter, Maria, follows a different path from her own in all areas of life. The movie takes us on an exploration of the lives of two generations of black women from the same family, revealing a plot of love, conflicts and mutual understanding.
