From 1928 to 1946, the lives of 12 young people and their school teacher in a poor Japanese village are profoundly affected by historical events and personal circumstances.

A unique youth group drama set in a deserted local city in the 1980s, depicting the fate of a mysterious girl, Himiko, and the men surrounding her. Himiko, a girl who once left town, returns as a beautiful adult woman. Mukawa, a member of the baseball team who is practicing hard with the aim of participating in Koshien, meets Himiko by chance and is captivated by her.

The documentary version of "Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro" titled "Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro Nagurikomi!" series. "Gekijō-ban Makai-hen Zenpen" explore supernatural spots in Okinawa Main Island, such as the spiritual place where the Dragon God resides and the tragic sites of the Pacific War!
