A federal agent is investigating a complex case: a series of chilling infanticides in which the victims’ teeth have been extracted; meanwhile, in a nearby village, two healers find a wounded man in the woods and offer him refuge.

Years after losing his daughter in a car accident and being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, Octavio, a concert pianist, discovers that he can live until the end of his days as if he were not dying, oblivious to what awaits him at the threshold.

Alex and Pierre, two failed bakers who find success after adding marijuana to the mixture of their cupcakes, must undertake the search for a misplaced order, without knowing that not only the recipient is looking for them, but also Interpol itself.
