Juana is a 15-year-old indigenous girl who lives in the Altiplano, whose older sister Marisol is captured by a human trafficking network. Juana makes a pact with 'The Beheaders,' two cursed spirits that take the form of two machetes. The power of the machetes will transform Juana into 'The Shadow of the Altiplano,' a vengeance-thirsty antiheroine who seeks to rescue her sister and eradicate the abusers of the region.

Juana, a young teen from the Argentinian Andes, becomes a dangerous pagan saint that hunts abusive men after making a desperate pact with two cursed machetes to be able to rescue her sister from a human trafficking ring.

Martín, a young urban raver, is involved in a strange accident on the road on his way to a party in the middle of the Argentine Pampas. Finding refuge in a mysterious country grocery store and sheltered by two strange locals, Martín's paranoia begins to take over him. As the hours progress, his perception begins to distort, unleashing disturbing visions that will lead him to confront the supernatural forces that hide in the night.
