Catalina "Yupi" Covarrubias Cáceres (November 27th, La Serena, Chile) is a filmmaker and Film student at Universidad Mayor (Santiago, Chile). Since 2022, she has developed both fiction and documentary projects, primarily working in directing, screenwriting, and production, with his latest work being the documentary "Code Sigma." Her work also extends to art direction and production design, working in both short and feature films. This experiences shaped her artistic formation and strengthened her interest in creating fictional worlds: spaces where an artist's vision and inner world can materialize and reach other people with stories that are bold, funny, and heartfelt.
