Many years after its initial 1984 release, The Mutilator is being remade. A wrap party has been scheduled for the night following the final day of shooting. Cast members of the original film have been invited, and everyone is excited. Unfortunately, they are besieged by an unknown killer who favours the use of the same or similarly-flavoured nautical implements of death as used by Big Ed, the original grief-crazed Mutilator maniac.

After refusing a flower delivery, Regina’s cat disappears, unraveling her sense of reality. As strange encounters accumulate and familiar faces grow unrecognizable, she’s forced to confront unsettling truths about her mother, her memories, and herself. Regina is a surreal mystery about loss, identity, and the quiet collapse of control.
