Grandpa Jonel and Grandma Kornelija invited me to capture some photos of the final moments of their beloved rooster, affectionately named "The Singer," before he is taken to the slaughterhouse. By chance, I started filming and unintentionally documented the daring escape attempt and the attempt to change the fate of a chicken in the countryside.

After breaking away from a correctional facility, two girls rob a gas station, but their plan gets out of control. They are forced to continue their escape through the mountain backwoods. In contact with the wild, deeply suppressed instincts emerge within them.

Through the prism of Yugoslavian animated films, we witness humanity succumbing to capitalism, the illusion of power, and slavery. With the fear and anxiety it brings with it, self-destruction is close but its end is not in sight. This film is a mirror of our downfall.

When playing musical chairs only one can sit on the last remaining seat, so it is time to ask ourselves what happens to the ones left unseated
