Noel Bielecki
Noel Bielecki (born in 26 september 1999) is a director, writer, playright and actor from São Paulo, Brazil, He became his carreer as a jornalist when he was only 14 years old but later found his passion in cinema earning a bachelor in Pontifícia Universidade Católica-PUCSP. He made in 2024 a play called "Scented Corpses" and is currently working in cinema.

NR"Standoff Kuleshov" is a short film re-enacting exploring two "effects" of cinematic language, the Kuleshov Effect and Einstein's interruption of time. "Standoff Kuleshov" takes these elements and creates a comedic twist on the iconic climactic scene in Sergio Leone's "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966).
