Jacco and Sylvie's shaky marriage is put to the test during their stay at an All-Inclusive resort. Jacco finds it difficult to embrace the All-Inclusive culture and at the same time has to repair his marriage and his band with the kids.

One night an unusually powerful solar storm hits the Netherlands, the paths of ambulance driver Alima and pretend student Bobbie cross. Under pressure from their failed attempts, the young women seek a way to achieve a happy ending.

A camera crew follows Niels, a commanding trainer, as he helps his older brother Johnny, a quiet bodybuilder, prepare for the upcoming bodybuilding championship. However, it becomes clear, Johnny has a completely different dream in mind.
