Over the course of one afternoon, reunion soon turns intervention when Jimmy confronts Che, his former drug-dealing partner-in-crime.

With blackmail their weapon of choice and years of buried secrets as ammo, the sibling standoff escalates into a high-stakes showdown.

As they visit patient after patient in Flora's old car "Neil", Flora and Kev slowly start to bond. By the end, plucky Kev realises he might just have what it takes to be a nurse whilst Flora's passion for nursing is reignited.

Forced out of his comfort zone, straight-laced John struggles with the morality of ‘doing the right thing’, as he’s suddenly faced with buying drugs for the first time in his life.
