Leila starts a new life in a new home with her husband, Dr. Omar, following the loss of their baby to a miscarriage. Since the tragedy, she feels fragile and is plagued by unexplainable visions: a mysterious woman appears, seemingly trying to convey a message or plead for help. Day by day, the vision grows clearer as Leila’s health steadily deteriorates. Her friend Rabiaa suggests a getaway to the countryside for a change of scenery. Once there, Leila stumbles upon the exact house from her dreams along with the tree, and the woman’s grave...

However, his mother warns him never to step outside whenever "Da Mouh," the man with the evil eye, is around. Hassan dismisses the superstition... Once outside, he trips and gets his hand stuck in a sewer grate. Paramedics try to free him to no avail, the only way to release Hassan is to saw through the grate. That is where things get truly complicated because the grate is municipal property, Hassan needs an official permit before anyone can cut it. Hassan's troubles have only just begun.
