A mysterious Green Knight rides into a court celebration and challenges the young knights present to strike him with his own axe - on the condition that he, the Green Knight, may return exactly the same blow in a year and a day. Gawain accepts and cuts off his head. But the Green Knight stands up, retrieves his head, and rides away, reminding Gawain of his promise.

In a delicate style, Moeschler portrays the return of a young man from the countryside to his hometown. The ecstasy of the reencounter, the possibility of a fresh start, friendship and love, the deserted streets at night.

Eden is cycling along a canal. Are the encounters he makes the projection of his own desire? A quirky, contemporary fable that explores the themes of attachment and fantasy.

Since childhood, Eden has accompanied his father, a collector of vintage tractors, to the Sec-Bois fair of vintage machinery in Flanders. Having become an artist, he realizes how far his choices have distanced him from his rural home. To reconnect with his father, he challenges himself to repair the old tandem.
