Madeleine Charmaine Morrell is an actress, singer, and composer based in New York City. Raised in Manhattan by two opera singers, she grew up immersed in the performing arts and began her musical journey early, eventually working with producer Henry Hirsch (known for his work with Lenny Kravitz). Morrell gained recognition in 2017 when she was cast in The Key of Awesome's Lorde "Green Light" parody, which has garnered 1.7 million views on YouTube. Her film work includes starring roles in several short films, with Best Actress nominations at Filmquest in Provo, Utah and the Oceanside Film Festival in Los Angeles. Her credits include The Key of Awesome (2009), Blood Shine (2025), Accidental Stars (2023), and La Hermosa (2019). Trained in classical theater at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, Morrell brings a strong foundation in Shakespeare and classical plays to her work, combining her musical talents with her acting to create a unique artistic voice.
