Lost Zulueta short

May 1, 1929. A decomposing headless body is found inside an abandoned wooden box in Madrid's Atocha train station. The victim is later identified as a Barcelona businessman that vanished six months before.

A short film concerned with the more or less imaginary love of its protagonist, who uses a mutual friend for his continuous and nervous messages to the girl who is the object of his desire.

After a period of inactivity, Crisanto, a police inspector, returns to the service. When a friend of his is murdered, he decides to take over the investigation.

In Cold War-era West Berlin, Lola (Julia Migenes-Johnson), an American blues singer with a nightclub band, falls for the piano player, David (Jose Coronado). Their romance is cut short when David must return to his native East, and Lola soon begins an affair with Huessler (Keith Baxter), the bandleader. But any guilt Lola may feel for betraying David is assuaged when Huessler saves her from unexpected misfortune.

Will More arrives by boat to a "genuine Mediterranean island" and is welcome by "thousands of Chinese girls" who take him to their place and tell him a story about his "ego", which he must immediately look for. Thus he gets to a "wonderful palace", where he meets a hermaphrodite odalisque who materializes the image of his other self and offers him a new and even more fantastic story.
