Theresa is trying to save her academic career: a field study at a soccer field, conducted among a recreational soccer team, is intended to explore everyday sexism and the potential for empowerment in this male-dominated environment. But Theresa soon finds herself wondering whether she still maintains the necessary scientific distance from her research subjects—and whether soccer isn’t, after all, more important to her than her academic career.

Jenny and her boyfriend Bolle are expecting a child. This triggers ambivalent feelings in Jenny. She has clashed with the law and the youth welfare office and her relationship with Bolle is increasingly suffering from their drug addiction.

In order to get her dream apartment, party-loving Nina has to score points with a particularly family-friendly landlord. To do this, she borrows her sister's kids without further ado.
