When Ayeshe loses her only child to hunger and poverty, she decides to avenge her ex-husband who she holds responsible for all her troubles.

In a poor village, during an incident, a young farmer stands up to the village landlord. Initially, the farmers are intimidated by the landlord and try to stop the young man from continuing his struggle. But gradually, they join him, and this is when a law regarding land distribution is passed. The villagers unanimously revolt against their landlord and drive him out of their village.

Mohsen seems to have passed away at the peak of an unknown illness; therefore, he is placed in a coffin and sent to the cemetery.
