Gilly comes out of prison after serving a six year stretch and decides that he will now turn his life around and go straight. But when he returns to his South London home and visits his old colleague J, in hope of obtaining his share of the proceeds from the job that landed him inside, J soon talks him into getting involved in one last scam.

In the steamed climate of the Great Recession and a cataclysmic oil spill, a lowly bartender loses his job at a Maryland crab shack the same day his home is foreclosed. Pushed to the brink, he pulls a gun from under the bar and takes aim at his boss. That's when a chain of good deeds, unwittingly begun by the gunman himself, brings the film to an epiphanic conclusion.

An alien that lands in the woods of Northern Maryland. Birthed from the meteorite from which it traveled in, the creature starts to roam the countryside, looking for its first meal.
