The film depicts the life of Jagaa, nicknamed "Estrad", who was born and raised in the 12th district called "Mikro" near the banks of the Selbe River, whose parents were intellectuals and graduated from universities in the USSR (now Russia), and who has been called "one of the lost or in-between generations."
