Tamaki who becomes a surrogate mother for the sake of her elder brother, Satoshi, who is gay by going through artificial insemination using his partner Keito's sperm with her egg and the siblings wanting to reveal the truth to their parents after her pregnancy passes the first trimester.

The story follows Paprika, an American exchange student on a "homestay" in Japan and her friend, Juicy, who have to deal with the arrival of Paprika's obnoxious cousin, Chibiham. Chibiham is determined to have a good time while visiting Japan, but she's oblivious to cultural differences and runs roughshod over the locals - complaining about the food, picking fights with store clerks, and otherwise making a nuisance of herself. Will Juicy's mother be able to set Chibiham straight?

It has been a decade since Ryo (SHIBUYA Tensho) was a leading man in anything and it seems like he has been relegated to a bit part in his own life as he fails auditions and has lost contact with many people around him. A sudden phone call from an old friend introduces him to a social experiment called “Random Call,” the idea being to call people in the phone book and just meet them without any purpose other than to renew ties. With nothing to lose, Ryo tries out the concept himself and meets up with his former acquaintances and friends. As he begins reconnecting with people, his life is filled with human warmth and he finds himself both inspiring others and being inspired by them.

A road-movie structure divided into five chapters – covering sake’s fundamentals, its history, its relationship with Japanese culture, the pressures the industry now faces, and its potential futures. Through encounters with brewers, historians, artists, distributors, and cultural experts across Japan, the documentary builds its inquiry around a single question: what does it mean for a great sake to taste like water?
