Ece Era

Part filmmaking exercise and part philosophical study, this film is a dual journey for the creator: an exploration of her cinematic language during her studies, and an inquiry into the human impulse to domesticate the wild at the expense of primal instinct.

As Edirne's city dump is cleared to make way for a new prison, the film observes the final days of the dogs who call it home.
