In this new reality show, 12 Dutch celebrities are dropped off on an island in Colombia. The goal? To secure a spot on a yacht located 150 meters from the island. The participants must brave extreme heat, are denied access to a proper toilet, and there is hardly any food to be found on the island. Michella Kox received the title 'The worst driver in the Netherlands'. Now has only one goal: get on the road safely! She receives twenty driving lessons from instructor Patricia. In fits and starts, Michella braves the roads, including her greatest fear: the highway. Will she overcome it?

In the program, the two presenters and friends Michella Kox and Louisa Janssen worked for a different employer in different industries each episode under the guise of helping with the major staff shortage. Before the two ladies leave for their new work location, they first receive a hint in the form of one word. After this, they may open a chest containing an object that represents the profession. Shortly afterwards it will be announced where they have to work. If the ladies work for a new employer, he or she assesses them based on three points that apply to their report; these three points differ per location. If they have performed or can represent two of these three points well, they will be considered suitable to work at that work location. The report with the associated results is discussed at the end of each episode.
