In an apocalyptic wasteland, a pirate radio host fights off mutants and FCC assassins while he travels across America to Hollywood, blasing his illegal broadcast along the way.

Tortured Obsession charts the descent into madness of one Frank Sanders, a security guard who earns his living by stealing from those he's paid to protect. Frank's victims are young attractive women and he's not content to merely rob them of their possessions. The psycho also steals their security stalking them and observing them in their innermost private moments.
