After a governor issues an executive order to arrest the children of undocumented immigrants, the detained youth are offered an opportunity to have their charges dropped by volunteering to provide care to the elderly. Once inside the elder care facility, however, they discover more twisted secrets than they could have possibly imagined.

Pursued and at high risk of death, Mario will fight to save his life and will face the same dilemma his nephew faced at school: whether or not to sacrifice the lives of the hitmen to save their own lives.

Tim receives the visit of his brother Julio after one year without seeing him. Their relationship begins to change after Tim discovers something during the night.
