When he dies, a libidinous old man finds himself in Paradise. But he is immediately sent back to earth in the guise of a seductive young woman.

At her palatial estate, Miss Isabel is interviewing private-duty nurses to take care of Jacques, her horny bedridden cousin. But, the only one who ends up getting "bed ridden" are the nurses.

This film was forbidden for release in theatres because of the incest scene (the model is above18yo). It is the third episode from the serie La pension Birch, the first one being Déculottez-vous mesdemoiselles, the second one being La pension … des fesses nues. Directed by Francis Leroi but after the bankruptcy of the distributor Diaphilms Pierre Unia appropriates the film which explains that his name is on the onscreen credits of the VHS release.
