An animation anthology film project telling four interlinked tales of animated sci-fi and fantasy by directors from Japan, China and New Zealand that talks about war, life, love and what we are as human.

Atop the ruins of war, top commander Jiang Ziya is given the task to banish the Nine-tailed Fox Demon who threatens all mortals' very existence. When he discovers the Nine-tailed Fox's life linked to the soul of an innocent girl, he is faced with a challenging decision: follow the will of heaven or find his own path to righteousness.

The magical cosmic energy "Taisu" flew into the ocean and merged with the toy girl in the crystal ball on the bottom of the sea, becoming a girl "Akira" who could move in the water. One day, Akira saved the girl who fell into the water while trying to retrieve her toy. In this way, Akira, who was also lonely, quickly became friends with her. The two played and frolicked in the sea, spent a happy time, and agreed to meet again tomorrow morning.
