Barbara is the long-lost sister of no-good Mike Roscoe. Paula Brown is the stripper whom Mike hires to pose as Barbara. It's all part of a scheme to fool Mike's ex-convict dad Sam. Son hopes to entice father into revealing the whereabouts of his stolen money, and Paula is hopefully going to do the trick.

Stoker Charlie (the diminutive Drake) helps 150 Wrens under Superintendent Maxine Audley, who've hijacked a frigate, HMS 'Huntress', to prove they're the equal of their male counterparts.
