A drama set in Kosovo, centered on a man's spiritual struggle between love and hate, vengeance and forgiveness. Personal tragedy brings Flamur back to his native Kosovo. There, in his homeland, he begins to wrestle with his memories, guilt, and instincts towards revenge- as well as the cyclical chain-reaction of violence and conflict he was brought up in.

In the working-class neighborhoods of Nice, a pillar of the local Georgian community is murdered. His son Tristan, who aspires to become an orthodox priest, finds himself finds himself alone with his grieving mother. Gabriel, his older brother with a troubled past, reappears from a long exile to make amends by redeeming his family honor.

Through the eyes of Era, a resilient yet fragile woman, the audience is introduced to a dystopian reality where victims and perpetrators of violence are intertwined, and the boundaries between guilt and innocence become blurred.
