Born in 1971, in the Yamanashi Prefecture. Graduate of the Faculty of Education, University of Yamanashi. Completed the 18th to 20th term of the Image Forum Institute of Moving Image, and was specially selected for IFF 1997 for "あながちまちがっているともいえない空』(96). Selected for 『虫と子供』（95）and『ディシプリン』（97）
