milet embarked on the nationwide hall tour "milet live tour visions 2022" from late January to late April 2022, in support of her second full-length album visions. The penultimate performance held at Tokyo International Forum Hall during this tour (her second nationwide hall tour) was recorded in its full uncut version for DVD and Blu-Ray release.

To celebrate her 5th debut anniversary on March 6, 2024, milet will release the first-ever video recording of her two-day performances at Nippon Budokan, held on May 20 and 21, 2023! The limited first-press edition includes a documentary of the Budokan performances and a live audio CD, offering deluxe content. The video captures the full setlist from the May 21 show, with additional tracks from the May 20 performance included as Bonus Tracks !

To commemorate her 3rd debut anniversary, milet held a one-night-only live event "milet 3rd anniversary live 'INTO THE MIRROR'" at Tokyo Garden Theater in July 2022. The concert was later released as a video recording in March 2023

In February 2026, milet held a concert at the Nippon Budokan, her first performance there in three years. milet named this performance "Ray of Water" with the hope of "bringing a ray of hope to those who watch the live show." Various installations were used to transform the iconic Budokan stage into a fantastic space where light and water intersect and interact. The performance on February 14, 2026 was broadcast exclusively on TBS-1 with all songs uncut. Original behind-the-scenes footage from the program was also included.

Singer-songwriter milet held her first nationwide hall tour "SEVENTH HEAVEN" during the summer of 2021, after two full tour cancellations due to Covid-19. The final performance, held at the Tokyo Garden Theater on July 22nd, was released on DVD and Blu-ray in 2022.
